Payment Options - Personal check or major credit card through Paypal. Renters must be at least 25 years of age.
Required Stay - Saturday to Saturday (Memorial Day through Labor Day)
Check In/Check Out - Check In 3pm/Check Out 10am
Lodging Tax - 11%
Cancellations and Refunds - Deposit of $250 will confirm your reservation. Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to check-in recieve 50% deposit refund. Cancellations of 29 days or less before check-in result in forfeiture of the deposit. Full payment must be recieved prior to door security codes being released to renter.
Cleaning Fee - $70
Security Deposit - A $250 security deposit will be required for all rentals and will be returned within two weeks of departure.
